Learn the basics of making a quilt from start to finish. Fabrics are approximately an additional $45. In this four part class, you will make 2 table runner tops using techniques common in quilt making.

Learn how to use your domestic machine to free motion quilt. Penny will guide you through simple standard patterns up to combination patterns that look great.

If you've always wanted to try Inktense pencils, now is the time! Penny will introduce you to prepping your fabric, using the pencils, how to use medium, how to set the ink and many ways to use them.

Make a collage using beautiful fabrics with a variety of prints. Choose from any of the Teeny Tiny Fiberworks patterns. Pattern is included in the price as is a frame for your finished project as well as a selection of fabrics for the collage. Stop at the shop ahead to choose a pattern. Lori Adamitz teaches this fun filled class

Learn to paper piece using a cup, mug and teapot pattern. Use as a wall hanging, or leave separate as potholders. Bring your own fabrics. Papers and pattern supplied. This is a beginner level class where you will learn the basics of foundation paper piecing.

Do you have scraps that are begging to be used. Need to figure out what to do with them? This is the Club for you! Every third Thursday from 2:00 - 3 pm or so we will meet to learn techniques or patterns for dealing with scraps. Cost is only $5 each month and includes a pattern or technique sheet.

Use the space here at The Quilting Grounds to sew away from home. Open sewing is the 4th Monday (and 5th Monday if there is one) of each month from 10 am or so until whenever - 10 pm at the latest.
